So NDSU football should only hire former players as coaches if we follow this line of thought.

Agreed should be NDSU blood in there but not necessarily 100(0)%.

Just read the article, its probably totally accurate based on what information was available.
We are assuming something is wrong.

    a. If you leave a job even, if you got fired all the employer can release is the date you were hired and the
    date your left. That's it.

    b. If she got a better offer from Scheels, people do make choices and move on.

    c. Yes in that department turnover is not good.

All we can do is hope she made a positive choice based on other than an issue at in the department.
Until she actually goes public and says this that or what that is what we have to assume.

First of all, I've served on the Board of the Alumni Association for the past 10 years. Nonda moved to Fargo a couple of years ago for a job in the Alumni Association. I believe that she had just lost her husband and wanted a change in her life for her family. She is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. You'd be surprised how GF people feel about NDSU when they have an actual experience. She enjoys being at NDSU. When Doug was hired, she was promoted to Chief of Staff, basically Doug's right hand person. She does a fine job in that capacity. Doug feels that when he was hired he was charged to make changes. Some think that he has gone overboard. Their is a lot of tension at the present. The two executive committees are meeting as I type to discuss the situation. What will happen, who knows. Bottom line, this has nothing to do with Nonda being from GF and UND.

I guess you dont realize that not all people are frothing at the mouth obsessive hateful sports fans. Some go to school to receive a degree then go out and enter the work force. Allegiances between the two can be mutually exclusive.

This isn't about coaches. This is about RAISING MONEY! Dormie it's cool there's other und grads working in fundraising in other ndsu departments so I'm basically lumping them all together.
