    Knowing Sherri if given a choice I'm sure she would have kept doing what she loved to do. She was amazing in this role. It's unfortunate she can never work for the university or foundation in the future.

    Hard to say. Depends on how the settlement is characterized, could be subject to payroll taxes or not. Don't know where she lives, what her household looks like, what other income there is, etc.

    I just said approximately all of it because that's where you start from. To the extent that the settlement is taxable income, attorney fees are generally deductible expenses.

    So does the higher education reporter for the Forum do anything but write negative articles about NDSU? I believe she broke the story about the recent travel concern with Bresciani. Bunch of crap.
