From the Forum article:
“Alcohol can now be carried and consumed in sections 101-117 along the west, north, northeast and east sides of the arena. Alcohol will not be allowed in sections 118-124 and sections 201-208. Sections 120-124 are the student sections.
Alcohol sales will no longer be limited to the club suite and there will be additional sales points on the upper and lower concourses.”
So everywhere except the south sections, which include the student section; and the upper west side seats.

I think this will be the final test for how alcohol will work in the SHAC this basketball season. If it goes well (no disorderly drunken fan incidents and they make decent money on it) I bet they pull the trigger on selling beer in the Fargodome in fall 2022.
