Nice to see NDSU / FFD getting out of the prohibition game surrounding athletic events just as Qatar is getting into it. Can only buy beer for 3 hours before and 1 hour after World Cup matches. Zero in venue alcohol sales.

My old roommate deployed to Qatar for six months.
They could have...on base...two beers max. And had to be consumed in a specific tent. With MP's at the door to make sure nobody took any out.

I hope this is it and people think we ONLY drink 4000 beers a game.
Homecoming & SDSU will have 10,000+ beers.

I keep looking for the fatality and crime statistics related to beer in the dome for Bison games and I can't seem to find it.
Anyone have a link to that data?
Or is the problem all the instances of drunks puking and spilling on little kids and old grandmothers (that we were assured would happen) aren't being tracked as crimes?

I did see a guy two rows behind me spill his beer all over the guy one row behind me last game trying to catch a shirt during the t-shirt toss... dude behind me was not impressed.
Why people go berserk for XXL t-shirts that are much more likely to have sponsor business names on them than anything related to NDSU athletics never ceases to baffle me.

They are the same people who will drive an extra 10 miles to save 5 cents per gallon on gas and then end up burning $2.00 worth of gas to save $1.80.
