Are you so self-unaware that you've already forgotten where and when our conversation today started? You seem to not like it when people push back at you in the same manner you push at them.

You have made multiple posts implying you know what I am really saying, that there is a deep held political motivation behind my posts. There are also multiple examples of you reading into statements then suggesting implications to distort a poster's position. That's why I said you do that. Because you've demonstrated it repeatedly.

I asked why you imply you know my true motivations because your preceding post claimed it was for personal validation. Again a demonstration of my claim that you imply to truly know what lies behind what a poster is saying. I'm just asking why you do that.

Oh, and for those of you who are experts in everything (you know who you are), you can still be arrested for DUI in ND if your BAC is under 0.08.

Doesnt North Dakota already allow for a concealed weapon without a permit?

And you can get arrested for a DUI if your prescription meds too. Doesnt really change my point on why a passenger should be able to drink a beer or why it should be legal to drink in public

Should public and private venues not be allowed to bar firearms on their premises if concealed carry is permitted, or do public safety concerns rise to a level to justify restrictions in this case?

Looks like this thread is heading downhill fast. Gonna get my responses in quick before the shutdown.

Sounds about right but that allowed us to be the last group to leave the tailgating lot, again. So "win" for me I guess???

Not a concern of mine. Just stating observations.

As a side observation, I'd imagine Herdbot would say there should be no liability concerns because any individual who over consumes and causes any issues is solely liable for any damages. He can verify this, but I find that to be a consistent and sound way to reason if you hold a libertarian ideology. One of the causes for what he called nanny laws are due to litigation that shifts liability.
I see youve been trying to tag people with the libertarian label. Check it at the door per Tony on the identity politics.

You honestly think I'm using libertarian here as a partisan smear here to cast Herdbot in some sort of identity politics light? I noted his rationality seems to be based on a libertarian outlook, and noted how consistent he is with that thinking. That can be totally apolitical. I've even commented how I find libertarian values compelling. That's a tad different than when I've been accused of being part of a socialist plot to redistribute the world's wealth.
