Someone at nfl.com has Kyle as the 109th best player in the draft.

He won't get into legal trouble. He can get a whizzinator to deal with the NFL. Just don't take that thing to the airport.

Use of pot is frowned upon by the NFL. May be legal in the state but use of it is not allowed by his employer. This is what I don't understand about these players. There is a window of 10-15 years, if you're a really good player that stays healthy, to play a sport for a job and make yourself enough money to retire on. How hard can it possibly be to stay clean for that short amount of time in your life knowing you can pretty much do whatever you want after that?

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.

About has hard as it is for a high school athlete to stay away from booze.

Booze is legal for people over 21. Pot is illegal. Arguably in all states(assuming the feds enforce the law).

Know a lot of 21 year-olds playing high school basketball?

The law isn't terribly relevant. The rules of the sport are what count. You don't get suspended for 6 weeks by the NDHSAA because you broke the law, you get suspended because those are their rules about alcohol. You don't get put in the NFLs substance abuse program because you did something illegal, you get put in the NFLs substance abuse program because you broke their rules about substance abuse.

I'll take it one step further, you get suspended for being at a party with alcohol - at least according to the MSHSL. God forbid you go and give a friend a ride home from a party and it gets busted while you are there.

Weed isn't of high concern to GMs and coaches - it's not a very high risk activity. "Pot" isn't illegal in all states, let it go. The laws are changing. It won't be schedule I(which is absolutely ridiculous in the first place), at the very least, very soon and maybe even federally legal.
