Just watched the Crockett highlight video against Sam Houston that was embedded into one of the scouting reports. My God, I'm gonna miss that guy. What a treasure that we got to enjoy his play as a Bison!

Interesting Vikings mock draft....check out their 7th round pick: http://www.dailynorseman.com/2015/2/...ngs-mock-draft
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Nice. He gives you anything Asiata brings with a couple more moves and more top end speed. Hype the hometown angle and there is a lot of potential there. I am not sure how he stacks up against Banyard, but AP, McKinnon, and him would be a nice trio to work with.

Does anyone really think the Vikes would be smart enough to get JC?

He'd be at home, so there's that.

In what round should he be selected? If he goes in the 2nd round were the Vikings not "smart" for passing on him?

With all due respect, JC does not have near the ball-carrying power or strength that Asiata has.

If he goes before the start of round 6 I will be absolutely shocked.
Now this is the law of the prairie
As old and as true as the sky
And the Bison that keep it will prosper
And the Bison that break it will die
As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk
This law is the final word:
For the strength of the Herd is the Bison
And the strength of the Bison is the Herd.
