I saw these the other day. I'm not real sure who is doing the ranking, but it feels like someone with strong ties with the Gophers.

Don't get me wrong, when it comes to wrestling, Minnesota is my second favorite team. The Dardanes both seem a little bit high to me, but they are also ranked down a weight class from last year, so I don't know what that means. Ness is fun to watch and he could easily win it all, but he is so unpredictable it is hard for me to think of him as #1. No doubt they have a very solid team, yet again.
Tyler Lehmann should be ranked.
Plus the RFR class will make some noise this year. NDSU should be a better dual team this year.
A few more Bison made this list.

Flowrestling has a lot of knowledgeable wrestling experts on staff. I believe most of the college rankings are done by Willie Saylor and Christian Pyles, and neither have Gopher connections as Smalls is from PA and Pyles from VA.
Gophers will be tough this year, but I believe Ohio State will be the team that dethrones PSU this season.
Hail the BISON!!!
The Big 10 will be tough as nails again. 9 teams ranked in the top 15.
I like the rankings at WrestlingReport mainly because they go all the way down to 33. Rodriguez (18), Julson(24), Zillmer(7), and Knutson(9) are on the list. I'd like to think that Bengtson and Ream aren't too far behind. It would be awesome to get 6 guys to the NCAAs this year.
