Please read (post) my TOP 10 Reasons for NDSU to the MWC!

the Twin Cities, they WANT NDSU to stay FCS because they know once we go FBS we will over take their gophers. #FACT!

Josh Swanson Bison Illustrated twitter feed is blowing up about NDSU to FBS so something might be starting to happen.

NDSU to the Mountain West is a possibility. Commisioner Craig Thompson wants to add a team and perhaps drop Hawaii or San Jose. NDSU would be that ideal member.

#1 - MWC schools are NDSU's peer institutions! not mvfc schools.

#2 - MWC averaged 23,500 fans. IF NDSU could add 3000- 4000 seats somehow, someway, theyd be in middle of the pack.
    Boise State – 33,612

    San Diego State – 29,066

    Fresno State – 29,036

    Air Force – 26,026

    Colorado State – 24,917

    Hawaii – 23,433

    New Mexico – 22,562

    Nevada – 22,170

    Utah State – 21,362

    UNLV – 19,371

    Wyoming – 18,060

    San Jose State – 15,312

#3 NDSU didn't complain about football travel in the Great West with minimal resources, NDSU has more money now!

#4 MWC has a ESPN TV deal, each team gets $2.3 Million, They got $10 million for college football Playoffs and $8-10 million for Big Dance. that's $5 Million/yearly for NDSU by just joining.

#5 MWC Elevates ALL OF OUR SPORTS PROGRAMS substantially!

#6 Bowl Games in WARM locales
    Las Vegas Bowl versus Pac-12
The Hawaii Bowl versus The American
The Poinsettia Bowl versus Army or MAC
The New Mexico Bowl versus Conference USA
The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl versus MAC
The Arizona Bowl versus Conference USA
The Armed Forces Bowl versus Big Ten

#7 More National Press for NDSU, FBS conferences have every score in every paper!

#8 NDSU football would get 22 more scholarships (could steal top 4-5 recruits from UNI, SDSU, UND , USD, etc)

#9 NDSU sports would finally take on a "REGIONAL" Feel, ala Boise State and encompass more of the Midwest

#10 NDSU sports could use the Mountain West as a 5 years springboard to a new NDSU owned stadium on campus , into a BIG 12 INVITE!

    2017 NDSU Schedule could be:

At Illinois (a local big 10)
    H UNI/SDSU (local fbs)
H Central Mich/Western Mich (easy MAC win)
    A Utah State
    H Wyoming
    H Nevada
    A Colorado State
    A San Diego State
    H Air Force
    H New Mexico
    A UNLV

^^^ How awesome would that be?

Hey I'm just the messenger. Refer questions to el chapo.

IMO, it can't hurt to make a public announcement IF the school is interested. Maybe it could though idk

I would be shocked/ disappointed if we did not win at least 6 out of 10 against the Gophers. Winners win and the Gophers lose.

When NDSU joined other conferences (MVC etc.) in the past was it because we just suddenly out of the blue received this awesome invite that we just couldn't turn down or because we had a desire to move and other conferences were aware and we're discussing things behind the scenes. I'm just curious because this "moving is unrealistic, we have received no invite" argument seems lame to me...almost feels like a cop out

Been living in the Twin Cities since 'SU graduation. It would be great to see a green and gold invasion (again!) to the ridiculous purple dome for the RIGHT reason and the RIGHT team.

Guy at the tailgate at the last meeting at the Bank "graciously" offered me a Bison burger which I of course declined. He had no rodent pate.

Annual border battle would be awesome. I'm IN !!!!
