NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?
I agree with this, KB started to score a little more towards the end of last season but he wasn't asked to because of the talent we had on the floor. This year he'll step up and be more aggressive on offense. LA will most likely up his PPG a little bit and I think Jacobson can step right in and get double digits per game. Dupree is the wild card, he has shown flashes of brilliance and is very explosive but also inconsistent with turnovers. Hopefully he's worked on that this offseason and also worked on knocking down the 3. I think along with ORU we will be the most athletic team in the conference so still plenty to be excited about!

I am anxious to see Jacobsen play. We need 10 & 5 from the guy. Also I think pople have Dex wrong. He won't be a 5 foul guy, he'll get you 8-10 point and 9 boards with plenty of O Boards. He will be a big surprise to our fans with more skill vs. brawn.
I see the line as: Starter/Backup
LA/Show
DuPree/Miller
Brown/Jacobsen
Dex/Vanden
Kading/Wesen
Scoring needs to come from:
LA 15
Kading 10
Brown 10
Dex 8
Jacobsen10
Dupree 10
Miller 6
It's Jacobson
533 In a row

Glad they got it right with LA and KB, both very deserving. Looks like we got 4 of the 30 first place votes and sit in 5th.

3 picked Denver. 2 picked IPFW and 1 ORU to win the Summit.
Man, NDSU basketball needs to have a good year this year.
after woody left the next year NDSU failed to capitilize on their NCAA tourney run and crapped the bed... I dont want a REPEAT!
LA needs to be woody-esque
KB needs to be aggressive to the hoop more
Carlin needs an outside shot
Kading/Dexter/Evan need to show us something down low.
Cmon boys!!
NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?
This is the first time I can say that I have no clue who will win the league. It is completely wide open, lots of new coaches and of course a ORU odds another new variable to the mix.
If I had to pick it would be Denver, best player and their coach should have a better idea of how to win in the Summit. Wildcard though is ORU, not sure what happened to them in the SLC but I can never discount Sutton. Great coach and he knows how to win in this league.
NDSU, SDSU, IPFW, USD and Omaha would be my next tier all of have new parts. Kind of hard to get a feel for them until I see them play a few games.
IUPUI and WIU are still a year or two away in my estimation. I think both hired well though.
