This has supreme court written all over it. Don't we have laws dealing with cruel and unusual punishment in this country? CAS/RTO/Anyone wanna give some legal advice on this?

Given that 4 out of 5 ND's Supreme Court Justices "graduated"* from UND Law, it is hard to see how this would play out and what kind of ruling they would come back with. I suspect they may all recuse themselves due to the conflict of interest, and then lobby the legislature to pass a ex post facto law criminalizing Hot Carl's actions.

Same here. Made me think of Edgar Allan Poe. If they were trying for daunting and formidable, it kind of missed with me. Didn't seem to get my heart pumping like the old one. Maybe this week will be better. No banner ceremony and more alcohol.

Agree 100%. The video highlights prior to the 60 second countdown/Thunderstuck was bad a**! The cartoon Bison running across the map of ND not so much. Either get realistic looking Bison or go back to the classic watertower/city signs.
