We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. Question for the board: I don't think that Jeff Bentrim's career rushing TD mark includes postseason games. Now, everybody is counting postseason games. I figure that Jeff Bentrim scored 16 or 17 rushing TDs in the postseason which would push his career number up to at least7080. Am I totally off-base with that?
I'd imagine the same is for the rushing yardage - not sure how many yards Satter rushed for in the postseason, but I bet it was over 1000.
According to: http://www.usafbn.com/bentrim.htm
He had " In 47 career games he had 826 rushes, 3,876 yards and 81 touchdowns. Through the air, he completed 252 of 514 passes for 4,205 yards and 32 TDs."
If those numbers are correct he'd still be 1st in TDs responsible for but would be 2nd to Jensen for total yards.
playoff totals in 12 games:
17 rushing TDs and 8 passing TDs. 931 rushing yards on 223 carries, 805 passing yards
