I will probably forget to post this tomorrow so will do so now while I remember. My "factoid" contribution is that tomorrow (Monday), October 13, 2014, marks the two year anniversary of the last time the Bison football team lost to Indiana State. Two freaking years!

It has been 18 games since the Bison last allowed more than 20 points in a game when NDSU allowed 26 points vs Missouri St in a 41-26 win on 10/12/13

When the Bison scored 17 pts in the win at Western Illinois, it was the first time in 21 games that NDSU had scored less than 20 points since the 14-7 FCS quarterfinal win against Wofford on 12/8/12.

MVFC teams have won playoff games by more than 21 points 21 times. NDSU has 10 of those wins, but SDSU posted the largest margin of victory ever (48 over Eastern Illinois.) However, one of NDSU's ten 3-TD wins in the playoffs came against SDSU in 2012 (28-3.)

Yes, along with our QB, D, WR, Special Teams, D line, O line, etc.

PS: I no longer worry about much from any opposition to be honest. We played probably one of the worst games I've seen the Bison play in WIU, and we won. It's going to take much more than just a RB to beat us.

There are usually a tiny group that are realist with some knowledge of their opponent but from what I've seen on other boards, it is generally homers speaking up the silver linings. Weber St. and the Jacks have some realistic fans. As would be expected Iowa State was the most confident group this year and I think a lot of those FBS fans don't learn anything about smaller program teams before hand and thus just look down on them

Yeah, go on some Big Sky boards and you will come out hypnotized and thinking Vernon Adams is a magician and Cooper Kupp is better than Megatron. Not much talk about the Bison. I think they want to pretend we don't exist.
