This guy is comedy gold. I thought his first one was great but this second one is even better.
It's not going to be funny in two weeks when he's on Game Day.
Many thousands are in want of common necessaries; hundreds of thousands are in want of common comforts, sir."
Scrooge-"Are there no prisons?". "Plenty of prisons..."
Scrooge-"And the Union workhouses." . "Are they still in operation?". "Both very busy, sir..."
"Those who are badly off must go there."
"Many can't go there; and many would rather die."
Scrooge- "If they would rather die," "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."
Just watched both of them now, finally. Good stuff!
I can't help but feel sorry a bit for the Iowa State faithful. I guess you have to insert a little humor or it would be just too depressing.
Same here... just watched the videos ~ Loved it!!!
He could have poked fun at how much the Iowa team eats (& I'm not sure this is wking for them?) We were at the same motel as their team (50 rooms of them, approx 90-100 players) eating an enormous amt of food (buffet style) in one of the banquet rooms. We saw many carrying food boxes back to their rooms. Then at 7:30AM their breakfast buffet consisted of everything from cereal to pancakes - sausage - eggs - ham - potatoes - beef - spaghetti - pasta & more! Hotel staff was commenting on what it was like to feed them.
This half-frozen Norwegian loved both bits.

@pucknut9 Thanks for being one of the smart (sane?) ones. There were actually more of you than the others. Hope to do it all again Nov. 8th.
The second one was just as funny as the first. Great job!!!!!!!

It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

Pretty disappointed we didn't get another episode on the Bison...
