Yes and no. I have noticed if, after voting on the main screen, if you select the "Discuss" option, it allows you to vote a second time. I have voted six times using that method, twice from my phone, twice from my home computer, and twice from my work computer.

If you have multiple browsers installed, you can vote twice with each. It's probably a cookie that keeps you from voting again, so if you delete cookies you can probably vote as many times as you want. Haven't tried to confirm that.

I hit the discuss button and voted for the second time. Everybody should do this.
