I'm guessing eastern Pac 12(Colorado, Arizonas, Utah, Washingtons), western SEC(Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippis), and southern Big 12(TTU, TCU, Oklahomas).
Colorado wouldn't be bad. Any of the military academies would be cool. I would go to NY for a game at Mitchie Stadium

    I'm thinking Colorado.

They could use the boost in attendance.

Boulder is a nice atmosphere for college football. Meets the standard for teams that we have been playing.

Absolutely! I went to a CU game sometime in the late '90s. Can't even remember who they played, but I remember that the atmosphere was awesome. Of course, that was in the days when they actually put a decent product on the field, not long after they were contending for championships.

Army is a fantastic atmosphere. I am fortunate enough to have a boss who is a big booster. Got to go last year.
