    That was my understanding and that UND's student government took the place of their Blue Key chapter after it folded. I'm not sure how it's up to BF whether it is awarded or not.
    If it's not going to be played for again it should be displayed at a neutral site.

    because the game is not annual....the nickel is their leverage to schedule an annual game.
