I have the honor to be Your Obedient Servant - B.Aud
We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie
After all the talk for years and smack back and forth, and debating if this game should be played and on what terms; I'm glad the game is back on. I get it, we don't need to play any one game to be relivent. What we have accomplished the last 10 years cannot be tarnished or taken away by playing this game or even, God forbid, losing it. We should be looking at it as a chance to beat them down so they will shut their damn mouths for once. The only questions I have would be will UND have a new nickname by then and will they play for the nickel? This might even quicken the process to pick one, who knows. I personally think the nickel will be played for. I don't think the NCAA could control that but who knows.

To those of you threatening to pull your funds from Team Makers, doing so will only serve to hurt the athletes and the program you claim to support. And know this, there are lots of people ready to step up and support the program. Lets just make sure that no one sells their tickets to our friends from the North, and that our home field advantage is utilized.
Can't say I'm pleased that this is happening ... I've rather enjoyed the way things have gone since we stopped scheduling them. It makes no sense too me for NDSU to return to a toxic rivalry that , IMO, never really NDSU very well over the years. But, if it has to happen, let's just send them home with a big loss. Hopefully they'll regret signing the deal.
I just hope un_ read the fine print. Instead of waiting in locker room the whioux team has to kneel down on one knee while the NDSU football team runs out onto the field.
Lardsin must go!
