Yes, the best between Cleveland, SF and LA. I didn't consider any team after the Rams at #15 because he won't drop that far. The Browns, SF and Rams are your three.

Listening to Mike and Mike this morning. They were discussing that possibility. Both Mike's thought that would put Cleveland in great position to trade the #2 pick to teams looking to move up to take Carson.
