You are missing the point. I'll make another example. Do you think even 1% of Longhorn fans expect their fb team to win the National Championship next season or even in the next 3 years? Nope, and Charlie Strong already has enough $$ to live the rest of his life if it doesn't work out. Could you imagine having a job where if you get fired you are still set for life financially? To me that is no pressure.
