Carson sits on sidelines staying healthy, stealing those asshole's money and walking away and hopefully into the arms of INDY or New England in a few weeeks.

    LOVE IT!!
Bud, Jalen Hurts stats are literally on par or better than Carson's, if he were to play a full season...you DO know that right? Not to mention it's been 3 games, and he's a rookie.

Completion % is only 3 points lower than Carson, his average yards per pass are way better, his TD/INT ratio is light years better, his QB RTG is better, and he's on pace to get sacked about the exact same amount of times as Wentz. He also threw for 342 and 338 yards his last 2 games.....time to take off the Carson love googles. He just wasn't good this year, and thats why he's on the bench. Not saying Hurts is the answer, but he's not worse than Carson at this point.

With the receivers and OL that Philly has no qb will be successful. Hurts is more mobile so that help him.

    Hurts deep ball was nice...

And I hope Carson gets traded. There is something wrong with the Eagles - and it starts with their drafting. You can't build a team off of practice team players and other team's waived guys. The Eagles need to start over and the only time I want Wentz within 50 yards of Doug Pederson is when he is torching the Eagles' pathetic defense for another team.

Some talking head says it take 4 games of film to figure out a new quarterback. They used Lamar Jackson as an example. Great year last year, all winter to figure him out, this year not close to MVP year. Dallas second half of the game switched up everything. Mixing up blitz' and coverages and you saw the result. A rookie qb. Hurts had success when rolling him out and quick offense. So did Carson. When they rolled him out, he made plays.

one thing noticably different with Hurts, he had receivers wide open. Now whether this was the case with Carson or carson was just missing the wide open receivers, IDK. But more separation was evident with Hurts.

Yep. Elememt of surprise is the big advantage of a backup. It can literally throw a defense off.

Would seem to make some sense though, no? Have you ever worked harder for a leader you liked vs one you didn't?

We have no factual insight into the locker room but crying because players are playing harder for one QB over the other seems a lot like standing on your front porch and yelling at passers by that life isn't fair.

Is this some kind of "white grievance" bullshit?

If they were playing harder for Jalen, good and glorious gravy, how terrible are the Eagles? They looked like complete crap on Sunday - how do you lose to the dumpster fire sinking into a cesspool that the Cowboys are?

And you do know that these guys are professional football players, right? Not catching footballs, not making blocks, not running routes right = not getting paid - well, unless you have a contract like Alshon's, that is.

Wentz looked off this year - his accuracy looked terrible and he was missing open guys, but even Rogers looks terrible when he gets hit 20 times in a game. Unfortunately, Carson didn't look good even when not under pressure. In fact, he looked better when he got out out of the pocket and improvised.
