This is why I have decreased my nfl viewing to maybe two teams. Bull crap reviews that take 4 mins that the average fan can see the result of on the first replay, then this shiite that they miss.

Was curious they kept calling it a head injury and not a concussion. Maybe a contusion of some magnitude. Things can get quite scary beyond a concussion.

Someone on Twitter said it could be a hematoma...Obviously, that is unverified, but it would make sense that they designate that way. Scary shit!
