Yep, redoing it I got 61.58 mph
28 yds/.93 sec = 30.1 yds/sec.
30.1 yds x 3600 sec/ hr = 108,387 yds/ hr
108,387 / 1760 yds/ mile = 61.58 mph

So, the Linc is going to have to start borrowing a gun from the Phillies to alleviate this number crunching in the future?
Don't believe everything you think.
According to Jimmy Kempski, the pass was about 63 mph, so pretty darn close.
This is the best video I have seen of the TD throw to Miles Sanders. It was taken by a fan in the stands (I guess). You get a good feeling for the velocity of the throw.

I’m not one to go crazy on NFL QB throws, cuz all of them can, for most part, make incredible throws, but a swear that was a curveball (watch it to see what I’m getting at). Just fantastic. Russel Wilson had an incredible throw to corner earlier this year for TD, but this one trumps that, and, I’m not a CW homer.
Just a “wow” for me! To get that much velocity without both feet under him is just flat out impressive.
I had the opportunity to be “backstage” a bit for the ‘15 game at WaGriz, and overheard a Raiders scout say to a Denver scout “holy f*** can that Wentz kid spin it”!

And, don’t believe everything you think—jussayin’.
Liberals of BV need not respond to my posts. I don’t need to get any more dumb.
A lot of things came together to make that a great play:
1. The pass....wow, just wow
2. A Philly WR caught a pass!
3. It was for a TD
4. In crunchtime of a meaningful game
5. It wasn't Jeffrey or Agholor making the catch
6. And it put the Eagles in position to take the division from the Cowgirls.

Don't give TOO much credit to Sanders. That was more self defense than a good catch.
Insert something clever here...
