The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback began weight-bearing exercises with his brace unlocked for the first time since being placed on injured reserve...a significant step toward starting the regular season opener and working out during training camp.

The biggest fear for most athletes coming off ACL injuries is if their knee will react the same way as before. Wentz told SportsRadio 94 WIP he doesn't feel that way, believing he will be as good as new once he returns to the field.
