Wentz's silence in the media since his injury speaks volumes. I'm sure they would love to quote him on plenty of questions but he understands the spotlight should shine on the current starters and his role is behind the scenes. Pretty remarkable for an athlete in this day and age.

I wonder if it's how teams handle things. When Teddy was out with the Vikings I don't think he was ever interviewed. I'd guess during the week teams are required to allow media access to a certain number of players.

Duh. Just like the Dutch Destroyer's family are now accountable for other Eagle fans. They apparently are just as guilty (in salty vikings fan's eyes)

Just because Carson is silent on the subject doesn't mean he is okay with it. This guy is probably an NDSU hater anyway.

The thing is even if Carson was to come out and say something. Now would be the most inopportune time to do it. Philly has business to take care of and you don't throw any distractions out there before the biggest game of the year. You get to work. There is plenty of time after the Superbowl for distractions and it should not start with a player anyway it has to start with City leaders, Eagles ownership and Coach before a player should say anything.

I do feel for the city, if they win the Superbowl they may just burn the whole city to the ground anyway.

What amazes me is they allow that garbage to make it to print. Kinda like the guy complaining about the standing during a football game at the Dome. The forum is like an open soapbox for morons.
