Boomer on the the radio with Kevin Harlan has mentioned a dozen time how Carson is a rookie and has the plays on a card on his left wrist. The eagles have made the game for simple for the "rookie qb".

Is the wrist band something new? He has had it all year right?

Just tying into the bad announcing from the tv side discussion.

As a fellow "oldie" I remember vividly games like this where Dandy Don Meredith, after a few belts from the whiskey bottle, would start arguments with Howard Cosell, and that became the real entertainment.

Gruden said it was because the play names were so long it was taking too much time for the coach to radio them into Carson and then for Carson to call them out to the team. So with the wristband it allows the coach to simply say a number speeding up the process. So if that's true then no they are not simplifying the plays only how they are getting them into the team.

It seems like the Packers always get favorable calls or no calls from the officials.

So what if it is designed to help CW as a rookie. Is there something wrong with that in your eyes?

Disgusting how the refs are calling this game so the packers have a chance to win. Obvious line is holding on every pass play. Then 2 blatant defensive pass interference calls missed by refs.

Some twitter analysts need to work on not getting married to their social agendas.

Funny he's critiquing Wentz who is starting as a rookie in the NFL tonight. Wonder what his top rated QB draft prospect is doing tonight.
