Verizon Wireless customers should be able to watch the game with the VZW NFL Mobile app. I don't know if it works while connected to wifi or if you have to be connected to the network to watch it on a phone.

If you are setting up the app for the first time it needs to be network to verify, but you can use wifi once it gets working.
