Has anybody looked at the Eagles schedule and noticed that their bye week coincides with NDSU's homecoming game? I'd be surprised if Carson did not make an appearance in the dome that day. I can imagine that ISU-R won't be too happy to see him.

I think this is one of the reasons many are saying Homecoming would be a great week for Gameday to come back. Hope it happens. We have friends coming from out of town that would love to see it.Has anybody looked at the Eagles schedule and noticed that their bye week coincides with NDSU's homecoming game? In all honesty it would've been cool to have a#1 overall pick from NDSU.. But at least Carson stays away from Jeff Fisher

But they didn't need to in order to get their guy. I think everything worked out just fine, and Carson is in a good spot to develop and become an excellent long-term starter.

Starting LT Jason Peters is dealing with a quad injury and won't play in their first preseason game but should be fine once the games start counting but, regardless, this makes for an even shakier O-line situation in Philly.
