I'd have to do a lot more research on hit rates to form an opinion which trade chart is the most accurate as well as consider the contracts signed vs. player value. What I do know from initial research is your chances to find a pro bowl quarterback greatly increase the higher up you are drafting and teams are much more limited into how much money they can throw at draft picks.

Jimmy's chart is the most popular cited resource. I'm sure Tennessee and LA both have done a lot more research than you and I and both thought the value was worth making the deal.

The old Jimmy chart is also obsolete now that rookie contracts are slotted.

NFL Live on ESPN started the show with the LA Rams beat reporter who stated Carson Wentz. Kiper is on the segment now and he also projected Wentz because of his experience with the pro style offense at NDSU.

My prediction is that it will be either Wentz or Goff.
