I'm not sure which play You're referencing in the Vikings game but absolute terrible helmet-to-helmet targeting by Clowney on Wentz that was totally missed.

I'm surprised that they dont have a targeting type penalty in the NFL, seems like they overlook a lot of helmet to helmet hits unless it's a defenseless receiver or a QB standing in the pocket.

It is strange no penalty was called given all the emphasis that has been placed on not touching the quarterback.

Helmet launch in the back of the head. Yeah, that should have been a penalty. That was a gross hit and it was not a normal tackle angle by any means. He had to adjust himself to put his helmet into that one.
