Hopefully today's signing is sending a strong obvious message to the receivers who were already under contract, "Catch the darn ball." It will be interesting to see which of the currently Eagle receivers will rise to be better and who will break because of the signings.

I saw that. They've basically eaten all that up though with these moves. They basically have no more room left and they have to sign draft picks from what I can see. A couple cuts or re-structuring could make it all work though.

The Eagles had the second least amount of cap space. Cutting Connor moved them to maybe 28th in Cap rooom. Then they added Jefferies which will be their biggest cap hit on the roster.
