Makes some comparisons to Wentz, could be an interesting player to follow this fall. Also nice hearing about Carson giving plain advice to younger players.

I watched quite a few of their games last year and I thought the kid was pretty good. Big kid with a big arm.

As far as digressions go, this isn't the worst one I've tasted.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

Some say it's a backward place. Narrow minds on a narrow way, but I make it a point to say. That that's where I come from.

This is one angle why I think Bohl might get a shot at a big time P5 school. If they have two first round QBs from NDSU and Wyoming along with a proven winning track record, I think they will get a real opportunity.

Chicago Tribune writer referencing Carson Wentz and his unexpected success in his first year to the possibility that the same could happen with the Bears and their new QB Trubisky who was also drafted at #2 overall.

He was 4 when the family moved to Bismarck. He and and brother Zach are still big NC State fans.
