Vikes should be set then since he calls Cousins "a winner".

Why this weekend is an important juncture for Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz

FTA: Wentz said earlier this week that he hopes to participate in 11-on-11 drills again when the Eagles return to practice ahead of their next preseason game. Coach Doug Pederson said Wentz and the coaches will meet with the Eagles medical team to determine what the next steps in Wentz's rehab process.

Confirmed that Wentz will start practicing in the 11-on-11 starting tomorrow.

Would appear to be a positive step towards him playing week 1 (which is only 19 days away now).

Carson Wentz cleared for full Eagles team activities

FTA: Carson Wentz has cleared one more significant hurdle on the way to achieving his goal of starting on opening night for the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a report by ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.

The third-year quarterback, who is recovering from a December surgery to repair a wrecked knee, has been cleared to “resume 11-on-11 team work when the defending Super Bowl champions return to practice Sunday,” Mortensen wrote after consulting with team sources.

Exciting Times For Eagles' QB Picture

FTA: Quarterback Carson Wentz gave us all the heads up last week when he met the media. Head coach Doug Pederson told us a decision was coming this weekend. And now the reports, unofficially of course, say that Wentz will take part in 11-on-11 drills on Sunday when the team returns to practice sitting out most of those drills in Training Camp. At the same time, the unofficial news on quarterback Nick Foles is that the shoulder injury suffered in Thursday’s preseason game was “minor,” and he should have no lingering aftereffects.

He's back! Eagles' Carson Wentz practices in rain on wet field

FTA: Coach Doug Pederson made an interesting decision Sunday to have his Philadelphia Eagles practice in the rain on a wet field despite it also being the first day his franchise quarterback, Carson Wentz, was cleared for full team activities.

Because Wentz wasn’t made available for interviews on this day, his reaction to that decision is unknown. But it would be hard to envision him being bothered by it, since he’s been pushing hard to go every day since training camp began in late July.

WATCH: Carson Wentz returns to Eagles practice for 11-on-11 drills

FTA: Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz returned to practice on Sunday at the NovaCare Complex expecting to take part in 11-on-11 drills for the first time in weeks.

Head coach Doug Pederson admitted prior to practice on Sunday that the decision to put Wentz back in 11-on-11 drills is a big step in the quarterback's return from his injured ACL.

"It is big. It is big to begin to evaluate him and see where he is at," Pederson said. "Get him back in there with the guys."

Carson Wentz 'Felt Good' In Return To Full-Team Drills

FTA: As rain steadily fell on the outdoor practice fields at the NovaCare Complex on Sunday, the Eagles practiced on through the wetness as they prepared for their third preseason game on Thursday against the Cleveland Browns.

A day after he took his first 11-on-11 reps with the team since the earliest days of Training Camp, quarterback Carson Wentz summed up the team’s attitude perfectly.

“A little moisture never hurt anybody,” Wentz joked to reporters.
