I don't know....the ball was thrown at his feet...not sure if that is a timing issue...maybe he went deeper on the route than he should have I suppose...

Yeah. I haven't watched much of the game (guess I'm lucky I didn't), but that looked like Wentz expected the WR to sit down in the zone.

Then I saw a sack - three guys out on routes. If that play took place on a Catholic school dance floor, nuns would have run out on the field to separate the DBs and the WRs to the minimum six inches. At least one guy started coming back.

They're going to have to let Carson roll out and improvise.

Seattle gets 3 to 4 guys in the backfield in 2 seconds or less on almost every play... so "Hey, let's call a slow-developing play that draws a couple more back there. GENIUS!"
