"Carson Wentz shines in Eagles' final practice"

FTA: Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz saved his best for last.

Wentz ended the final practice of the offseason before the long layoff until training camp on a high note, shining in the team drills he did take part in and looking the best he has all offseason throwing the ball.

With the Eagles not running as many full-team drills on Thursday as they did earlier in the mandatory minicamp, Wentz got nine reps in 7-on-7 drills, the most he has all week.

Carson Wentz throwing well at Eagles minicamp, but not yet cleared for full activity

FTA: "Philadelphia Eagles franchise quarterback Carson Wentz is still in the process of rehabbing from a torn ACL suffered late last season and has not yet been cleared for full activity, but things are looking up lately. According to a report from Kalyn Kahler of The MMQB, Wentz seemed to be moving and throwing freely at Eagles minicamp practices this past week."

Listening to all the national media marvel over the rate of Carson's recovery makes it obvious they know nothing about Duane's House of Pizza.

If there is any good that comes of the injury, is I hope Carson learned his lesson about how to survive in the NFL. He just can't run the way he did anymore; that simple. He has to unlearn stuff he could do here.

"Carson Wentz shows of Super Bowl Ring"

FTA: Carson Wentz took to Twitter to show off some new, much-deserved bling. During a ceremony Thursday, the Philadelphia Eagles unveiled their championship rings. The ring is made of pure 10-karat white gold, with a total of 219 diamonds and 17 rare green sapphires. There are 127 diamonds on the bezel, or frame, of the ring. They represent the combined jersey numbers of the three players who touched the ball during the Philly Special trick play that led the Eagles to the Superbowl 52 victory. There is also an underdog mask inscribed inside of the ring. The sides have the phrase, "We All We Got, We All We Need," and the word "family." Each ring also has the players name and number. [Includes ring photo and video]

The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Yep, that nailed it. Another would be the national title game TD he ran in which was a not entirely unsimilar to how he got hurt.

Not quite sure on this. His mobility is a big part of his game and he is as competitive as they come, just don't see him changing his game a ton.
