If you knowingly go to a place that prides itself in attacking and harassing opposing fans (and themselves when inebriated enough) while wearing your team's colors and think that you will get treated differently makes you stupidly arrogant. If you're a fan that goes to a place that is a known societal cesspool like Philly and think its going to be a walk in the woods, you're naïve. If your fanbase is the only one complaining about the Eagles fanbase like it's something new and has never happened before, you're butthurt.

The Eagles are who they are. Also, I've never heard of any of them raping moms. I'm guessing that's something you added.

With that said, expect Philly to be on fire if the Eagles win on Sunday.

Look, I agree. Philly is the absolute last place in the world Id go see a GAME. a damned football GAME. Theyre under a microscope now more than ever because it was the biggest game since they last made the super bowl 14 years ago. Im assuming nobody here knows how they acted vs now. Way less Youtube/Social Media/FB etc. But we all have an idea.

I doubt the sauce is as spicy as it was 10 days ago on a September 19th game vs the AZ Cardinals. Doesnt mean Id go there.

I’m rooting for Carson to get a ring. He earned it. The Eagles simply wouldn’t be here without what he did before he got hurt.

More importantly, there is simply no guaranty his team will get this far again. Everybody thought Marino would get to many Superbowls and we all know how that turned out. Just sayin.

Fact is they put him between a rock and a hard place. If he says no comment the fans on either side wont like it. If he says the fans were wrong the fans wont like it. If he doesnt condemn the eagle fans the people who have him on a pedestal wont like it. He was put in a no win situation.

Late to the game here with all the posts today. I was hoping he wouldn’t comment at all. He needs to look out for himself and his career. Eagles fans will turn on a player. Idiots around here that expected him to make a social statement and condemn the treatment of Vikings fans are, well, idiots. Having said that, he went the opposite direction. I guess that’s in his best interest. However, his comment was just stupid.

2 weeks later the forum is still writing articles about it. They should change a section of the newspaper and devote it to these horror stories for the coming months.

I think what Carson said was just fine. The fact it was the NFC Championship game intensified things a bit. People should be complaining to the Philly PD and security in and around the stadium.
