Thanks for posting this as I missed a few minutes of the game last night and missed this.

For me the NFL has been about following players as much as teams. I was a massive Broncos fan from 1983 to 1999 and it waned after Elway retired. (Plus NDSU plays a role as now I have limited time with a Family and NDSU football has always been number one). Now with Wentz, it is very similar as my family and I won't miss a game. It is just so much fun to watch him play and lead his team.

That was an absolute clinic last night put on by Carson.

I can only hope that with the nation getting to see a great example of how truly good a person Carson is, then how he truly is one of the best QBs in the game, he converted a large number of new fans over to his side.

Couple other 'quotes' from Gruden during the evening.... referred to Carson as 'North Dakota Tough" ... that ought to go nicely on a tee shirt somewhere.

He also pointed out that the pass to RB Cory Clement was a play from the Bison playbook (wheel route) that Carson wanted Peterson to put in the Eagles play book. They have had 2 two touchdowns off that play this season.

These days, I go to Eagles view parties at sports bars (wearing my yellow #11 jersey) and leave work early (Pacific Time) to get home for MNF.
