Even the most subjective bias fan has to realize this. 2 months ago, I posted that NDSU needs to move up forthwith after the QUAD. But now I believe the timing is better after the Five. I am guessing there should be news on College Football Playoff expansion, P5, and future of FCS within next year. (How many more teams are opting out of playoffs or going up.)

The writing is on the wall. It is no longer a debate if NDSU goes up. It's only a question of when and how many MVC and Big Sky teams will be joining us.
