10 3 pointers that is fun.
I had this conversation with my grandson about the most fun you can have playing sports.
He was a multi sport high school athlete.
He was a good shooter, pitcher, QB.
We agreed getting hot in a Basketball game is hard to beat.
He picked Basketball.
This young lady getting hot made me think of Pistol Pete Maravich. I wanted to look at his career NBA shooting percentage. Saw an interview on line while searching for Pistol and it was Jerry West talking about the differences between Stephan Curry and Pete.
He said Curry was a better shooter. I wanted to see the career shooting percentages between the 2.
Pete 44.1 Curry 47.6
So who does El_Chapo play more like? Pete or Curry?
Bison get local commit from Miriley Simon out of West Fargo. 6’1 post player who is in her junior season and averaging 16 points 10 boards a game.

Dang 92% from the free throw line...the girl can shoot it with the best of them. That is something this Bison edition is in need of!
Interesting that they have 2 D1 girls at Wahpeton (another girl going to Wichita). I see they play at Bismarck Feb 10, I will have to see them play.
After watching Minot State play this year we could have used Amber Stevehan who ended up there on a 500 team averaging 18 per game and shooting 53%.
Amber would have been a really nice player for the Bison as she dominated for BSC. You don't lead the nation in scoring for almost two years at that level and not be good. I even contacted this coaching staff when she was a sophomore to tell them they need to seriously look at her. She would have went to NDSU as she wanted to stay close to Bismarck. I was really disappointed when they didn't as she is proving me right. Last year she had a terrible coach and this year a good one and she is showing why.
If it flies it dies.
Long for the days of freezing in the south stands of Dacotah Field.
I went to watch Legacy versus Dickinson last night and the freshman center for Legacy Brooklyn Felchle is one to watch at 6'3". She moved really well and has some great moves. She looked like she is headed for a D1 player at this point.
