Avery is a co-workers grand daughter. Mom is 6'2" dad is 6'11" both played collegiate level ball. The dad and two uncles played for Tim Miles at SMSU in Marshall MN. True basketball family.

I hadn't seen anything on her prior to today but sounds like an awesome get for the program. New assistant coach Sandra Abston coached her in Sweden so the knowledge of the player by the staff is high and that typically bodes well.
