Source confirms to @WDAYSports that Jacksonville has signed Hawley native Ben Ellefson to its active roster. Ellefson had been active for the first two games for the Jags, he was protected on the practice squad all season. Now he's on the 53 man.Great stuff for the former Nugget.
Congrats Ben!!

It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

Ellefson has seen some snaps for JAX in their 1st half.
Ben with the 2-point conversion catch.
Stand your ground, have a tough hide, roam wild and free, have a strong spirit, let the chips fall where they may.
Ellefson is playing a lot for the Jags early today. He was open on a third and 7 and Glennon threw it just high and he couldn't come down with a ~12 yarder. Tough play that both guys could have executed better on.
Blocking for James Robinson has been good though.
only 1 target, but last week he had a catch.
Playing vs Minnesota next weekend, hopefully the coaches showcase him a bit for playing in his home state!
