With the departures of the mountain malcontents and the South Georgia Clayeaters the Southern Conference was going to take a hit this year. Mercer will be in the national conversation within one recruiting class. Bobby Lamb is one of the best and he'll get the job done in Macon. ETSU, who begins play next season, will have a new stadium and a good coach and some fan interest. V@gina Military Institute will be what vmi has always been.........a second rate version of The Citadel.

Neither Hudson High or Canoe U want anything to do with The Citadel Bulldogs.
We have defeated Army 2 of the last three and Navy the last two times we have met.

I was speaking of Football. Before y'all came into the FCS The Citadel defeated Arkansas, South Carolina, Army, and Navy. The Service Academies will not schedule us. If you were talking military engagements the South Carolina Corps of Cadets defeated the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps at the Battle of Tulifinny in 1864.
OOC Schedule for this year is.......Coastal Carolina, Gardner Webb, Charleston Southern, Charlotte, and our FBS is against.......
