Noticed that St John's and GVSU made it to finals, a team Bison beat and the other team lost by 2... They are close to going all the way, next couple of years.

Actually MCLA overall.. my son goes to recruitng camps and MCLA teams are always there.

I would wager that the MCLA schools recruit similar to those bigger programs (Maryland, Duke, Johns Hopkins, etc..), in that some will have a heavy emphasis on academics, while others are more along the JUCO standards of academics and are just looking for players to fill their roster. I don't know how heavy the academic angle is at those institutions that have good MCLA programs.
