    I spoke with a guy from Iowa that is a ISU fan and does not like the idea of playing the first game with NDSU. He is worried and I told him he should be. His second favorite team, UNI.

    Since the Bison began playing FBS schools regularly (2006 season), they are 7-3 (.700) (all on the road)
    During that same period, Iowa State is 6-2 (.750) vs FCS competition. (of course, I'm stipulating that NDSU was one of those wins) (all home games)

    The interesting thing is that if NDSU can pull off the win in this years game, their winning percentage vs FBS schools will be .727 (8-3).....and Iowa State's winning percentage vs FCS schools (same time frame) will be .667 (6-3).

    Not smack at all. Just an observation.
