When you play football, you gotta like the taste of blood, And 50 percent of the time, it's your blood.
It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

LOL. The squats, power drills and exercises are the same @ NDSU as the agent's facility. There are 1000s of qualified trainers and strength coaches in the country. He did not discover a magic exercise, magic strength coach guru, or the meaning of hard work when he left NDSU.
I meant more time to dedicate to those things and having trainers at your beck and call to specialize a workout routine specific to your needs/weaknesses. Is it going to be much different than what he got at NDSU? Probably not, but the repetitions may vary, and the targeted muscle groups may vary as well. I'm not saying that to fault NDSU, we obviously have one of the best strength and conditioning programs in all of college sports but that doesn't mean that with individual (or even smaller group) attention that they can't identify different techniques/routines.
But again primarily it's the added reps/time to dedicate to their future careers that likely helps them bulk up from the last day of college ball until the draft.

Are the rules in college the same as the pros with supplements or are they relaxed some on the pro level?
Don't be so naive. It's very difficult to put on 15 pounds of lean muscle (not bodyweight) in six months naturally in one year. Let alone six months.
Not saying he is on the gas. But a substantial number of NFL prospects are taking some test and oral steroids from the time they are done in college until the need to cycle off for their drug test @ training camp.
As the former Soviet Union sports doctors used to say, you should never fail an announced drug test unless you are stupid or greedy. There are very few random, unannounced steroid drug tests in the NFL. (So if u are a superstar and you coming back from a torn tricep (off the bone) during the season, you generally don't have to worry.)
It's time. As tjamz mentioned, Kramer can't work a guy out as frequently since they are college athletes. Sams trainer can work him out 7 days a week if he wants without worrying about studying for a test. Also college kids can't take any supplements or anything like that but now that he's done he can. I'm sure if Kramer was his current trainer he could do as well or better but it's different rules.
