I agree recruiting is an important skill to have.. Experiance I beleive is somewhat necssary also. While the Bison beat Oklahoma, I also remember in the post game interview with Saul where he said the OU coach did something he never thought of with time. When it comes to close games, sometimes experiance is a very important trait to have in your staff.

Eric is high energy very positive and will be great on the recruiting trail. He's from the Greg McDermott coaching tree and has deep roots there. He will be a great additions to the Bison family

As excited as everyone is for football season, I think there is just as anticipation for the both basketball programs. Can the Men continue to improve and make another tourney run this year. Will the women be more competitive. 2013/2014 sports year was tremendous for bison athletics. Even with all the success of the past year it is still a very bright future ahead. The March is On!!!!.
