Just curious if Coach Richman has any incentives in his contract that get him and his staff extra $ for Coach of the Year, League title, Tourney wins, etc.?
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Looking at that link, Richman should get a big raise. NDSU needs to be in $250-300k range for its head MBB coach.
NDSU to the FBS always. In all ways.

Totally agree, maybe more. The UNI coach makes 450k. Can't build a program if you change head coaches like underwear. In time you won't have quality replacements. So sick of being a place where we develop coaches for bigger programs. Heck was listening to Steves Sports Saturday and they has a bit on him being courted already. Really? We need to do business like a bigger program. We need a coach that wants to be here yet sticks around long term like a Nagy or Irv Inniger but gets paid a lot. I mean if a Nebraska comes calling that's tough to stop but can't lose him to other mid majors. I think Dave may be a bit more loyal though being a ND guy. Need to find a balance between finding loyal coaches and showing them the money. Didn't Amy Ruley have an offer from her Big 10 alma mater and turned it down. I'm sure Irv had some offers.
