Should we be starting to worry about not just our coaches being pulled to bigger and better things, but do we need to start being worried about Gene getting a call from a President somewhere else?

On the plus side, how many AD jobs just come open all the time? Turnover isn't THAT high is it? For quality ones that is? Those jobs also tend to be even more coveted by the "good ol boy's" network within schools too sometimes.

I believe this has been mentioned a few times before... He will be really attractive after the completion of the BSA..... Big thing is the salary difference isn't quite at great norwood teague at u of m makes 415k while gene makes about 175k .... Its double obviously but not like the difference for coaches
