It is just a concern, never said it was a deal breaker. He has worked under 3 coaches so that helps ease that concern a bit.

What's to say Dave isn't exactly that?? I can tell you that Gene believes in and really likes Dave. The players will fully back Dave. I just don't see it not being Dave.

I don't think there is any doubt that he wants this job. I'm guessing he would make double as much as a head coach here as he would as an assistant at Ohio.

I think Ryan for sure goes with Saul, if Dave wants to that option would definitely be on the table. Not sure on Coleman.
