I know this will make some mad here, but the downward spiral started before Babich. I do understand that the legs were kinda chopped out from underneath Rocky by the AD, but it did start during the end of his tenure.

I'm trying to figure out the liberating part of the article...in my opinion, it means he moves from a school that has high expectations for victories to a school with very little expectation. No pressure in the job.
